H.U.M.A.N. is proud and grateful to officially be in partnership with WorkSource Clallam County as a recipient of the CRP Reinvestment Business Grant for nonprofits. This incredible opportunity allows us to bring our vision to life—right here, right now.
Through this support, we are launching The Human Experience— "T.H.E " a mobile workforce and personal development initiative designed to empower youth and strengthen our community. This program is built on the belief that our youth are the future of our workforce, our businesses, and our local economy.
The Human Experience is a mobile unit that will travel throughout our community, creating accessible, hands-on opportunities for students and young individuals to explore their goals, discover their passions, and begin turning those passions into a paycheck. Through guided experiences, workshops, and meaningful conversations, participants will gain tools to build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and better understand their role within the community.
In collaboration with WorkSource Sequim, we will offer workshops, educational programs, and interactive learning experiences focused on personal growth, career exploration, health and well-being, and community engagement.
Each program is thoughtfully designed with Sequim’s unique demographics in mind, ensuring we meet the needs of our community while fostering inclusivity, connection, and empowerment.
We are incredibly thankful for this opportunity and look forward to continuing to serve, uplift, and invest in the future of our community.

Building a Stronger Community Together
As a new non-profit organization, H.U.M.A.N. is dedicated to customizing our programs and resources to fit the unique needs of the Sequim community. We are actively working to develop meaningful initiatives that provide mentorship, support services, and opportunities for growth.
Our intake and sponsorship forms are currently under construction as we fine-tune our approach to best serve individuals and families in need. These forms will be available at a later date, and we appreciate your patience as we work to build a comprehensive and impactful support system.
