Introducing Our New Pilot Program
Our new pilot program is designed to help youth and young adults build confidence, develop life skills, explore career pathways, and prepare for success through engaging, hands-on experiences and meaningful conversations.
Launching next year, The Human Experience (T.H.E.) will be a mobile workforce and life skills program that brings learning directly into our community. Through pop-up events hosted at schools, community organizations, and locations throughout Clallam County, participants will have the opportunity to take part in interactive experiences that inspire personal growth and future success.
Programming will focus on:

Help Shape the Future of T.H.E.
As we develop T.H.E. – The HUMAN Experience, we are actively building our pilot program and invite our community to help bring this vision to life. This initiative will take the support of local organizations, businesses, educators, community leaders, volunteers, and individuals who believe in investing in the future of our youth.
Our programming is currently being developed and will feature real conversations about real life, including topics such as self-confidence, peer pressure, cell phone addiction and screen time, workforce readiness, community involvement, leadership, and exploring career opportunities. We want this program to reflect the needs of our Sequim community, and we welcome ideas, expertise, and collaboration from those who are passionate about making a difference.
We are also actively seeking mentors, workshop presenters, volunteers, event setup teams, community advocates, and Board Members who want to help guide and grow this exciting new initiative.
